bmi regional has appointed Benjamin Caja as Sales Manager, Germany, based in Munich. Croatian born Caja, 37, brings over 10 years’ experience in the aviation industry, most recently as key account manager for Qatar Airways, where he worked for five years. Prior to that Mr Caja has worked with Spanair and Korean Air developing sales for both airlines.

bmi regional’s all-jet fleet operates a hub at Munich Airport with inter-European connections to Bern (Switzerland), Brno (Czech Republic) and Rotterdam (The Netherlands) and customers can travel onwards via Munich to over 200 worldwide destinations with codeshare partner Lufthansa. In addition, bmi regional offers up to three times daily services to Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg and Dusseldorf from its Bristol base. Furthermore, bmi regional operates up to two times daily services from the Swedish cities of Karlstad and Jonkoping to Frankfurt and daily services between Bremen and Toulouse.
In total, bmi regional operates over 220 weekly flights to and from Germany.
