CarTrawler, a leading travel-technology platform and online aggregator of car rental and ground transportation services, has reached an agreement to acquire Cabforce. CarTrawler is backed by funds advised by BC Partners and Insight Venture Partners.

Speaking in Dublin, Ireland, CarTrawler CEO Mike McGearty made the following statement: “Everyone at CarTrawler is excited to welcome the Cabforce Team into our business.
