Coury Hospitality launches Reindeer Alley, holiday-themed pop-up bars inspired by Santa’s reindeer, offering unique experiences and festive cocktails.
DALLAS – Coury Hospitality unveil Reindeer Alley, a collection of holiday-themed pop-up bars set to open at hotels across its portfolio starting Friday, November 29. Each Reindeer Alley bar will feature a unique, immersive holiday experience inspired by one of Santa’s iconic reindeer, offering guests and locals a festive and interactive twist on traditional holiday celebrations.
In keeping with Coury Hospitality’s dedication to creating memorable guest experiences and maximizing every inch of its properties, each Reindeer Alley location will adopt its own character – from ‘Dasher’s Den at Colcord Hotel to Prancer’s Parlour at Hotel Carmichael, and Vixen’s Vault at The National. Set in unexpected spaces like ballrooms, storage rooms, and hidden corners, these unique pop-up immersive bar experiences will embody the spirit of the season with distinctive decor, thematic cocktails, and tailored events.

Each Reindeer Alley pop-up will transform its space into a nostalgic holiday wonderland, complete with over-the-top decor like twinkling lights, reindeer figures, and classic holiday touches that make every corner feel festive. Guests can look forward to stepping into vibrant, immersive spaces filled with holiday music, whimsical details, and the joy of the season.
When visiting Reindeer Alley bars, guests can indulge in a bespoke holiday menu featuring inventive, seasonal cocktails inspired by cherished holiday flavors. Signature drinks like Holiday Vacation, Fireside Chai, and Spiced Espresso Martini will add a seasonal twist to classic recipes and are served in festive glassware that complements the merry ambiance – creating a holiday experience that surprises and delights with every sip.

Reindeer Alley bars will officially open on Friday, November 29 and will welcome guests throughout the holiday season until January 4. Reservations are highly recommended due to the limited seating and exclusive nature.
