Dassault expands FalconCare to in-service aircraft

In-service Falcon customers can enroll in the program from the first C check and utilize it anywhere in Dassault Falcon's worldwide Authorized Service Center network.

GENEVA – Dassault Falcon is extending its FalconCare guaranteed maintenance cost service to cover in-service as well as new-build aircraft.

In-service Falcon customers can enroll in the program from the first C check and utilize it anywhere in Dassault Falcon’s worldwide Authorized Service Center network.

FalconCare is designed to add full predictability and stability to the maintenance budgeting process by covering scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and routine inspections for a guaranteed fixed price in accordance with the number of hours flown.

More than 230 aircraft have been enrolled in FalconCare since its introduction in 2005.

“FalconCare provides easy budgeting and forecasting on a ‘pay as you fly’ basis, and because you know exactly what’s covered, it totally eliminates the surprise element,” said Jacques Chauvet, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Falcon Customer Service. “It enables customers to simplify and reduce their maintenance administration and procurement expenses while extracting the highest value from their aircraft.”

The service fully reflects the aircraft warrantee and is the most complete offered by any OEM in the industry. Coverage includes labor, consumables and genuine Dassault Falcon parts for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance through C Check (except for the engines and APU), along with Airworthiness Directives and Dassault Service Bulletins. It also includes flight, maintenance and documentation revision service as well as subscriptions to the Computerized Aircraft Maintenance Program (CAMP) tracking system.

Finally, aircraft covered by FalconCare represent sizeable added value on the resale market and are recognized as such by professional aircraft valuation companies. And the program is fully transferable without a transfer fee.
