The partnership will allow both firms the opportunity to reach an expanded customer base within the industry, while leveraging their combined expertise to enhance product and service offerings.

NEW YORK – DataArt, a global software engineering firm, announced its partnership with Dallas-based Hospitio Consulting and Services, pledging to help existing and prospective global clients strengthen their recoveries, through the combination of Hospitio’s expertise in the travel and transportation industry and DataArt’s expertise in innovative software engineering solutions.

Two of the travel industry’s leading consulting and business engineering firms are joining forces to help air, ground, and leisure travel companies rebuild their businesses as they emerge from the pandemic-induced global travel downturn.

“Our partnership will drive innovation in a wide range of areas including airline revenue management, pricing, distribution, marketing, planning, e-commerce, merchandising, network planning, loyalty programs, and others,” said Brad Beakley, Hospitio president and CEO.

Max Zhdanov, DataArt’s Vice President for Travel, Transportation and Hospitality Practice said: “Now is the perfect time to join forces. We are hearing many more conversations from the market related to digital transformation, and they are becoming more concrete every day. Our partnership with Hospitio will increase the talent and services that both parties can offer to accelerate that transformation.”

Zhdanov added that the partnership will offer both immediate and long-term innovation for clients, drawing on Hospitio’s deep business and consulting expertise and DataArt’s unparalleled quality, scale and experience in providing software engineering services. Hospitio offers a team of industry experts whose backgrounds include experience with American Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, US Airways, Sun Country Airlines, Air New Zealand, Etihad Airways, GE Aviation Digital, Radisson Hotels Group, SITA, Sabre Corporation, Farelogix, Travelport, Orbitz, and other well-known names in the industry.

DataArt has delivered software engineering services for more than 100 clients in the global travel, transportation, and hospitality industries over the past decade, including Travelport, Priceline, SkyScanner, Apple Leisure Group, Inspirato, TrustYou, Ideas, OneWorld, TravelZoo and many others.

The partnership will allow both firms the opportunity to reach an expanded customer base within the industry, while leveraging their combined expertise to enhance product and service offerings.
