Duetto launches Annual Trends & Predictions Survey

Hotel software company aims to track how hotels intend to optimize business mix in 2023.

SAN FRANSISCO – Duetto has launched its latest annual Trends & Predictions 2023 Survey and is giving hoteliers a chance to win one of five $100 Amazon Gift Cards for completing the short five-minute survey.

Open to hoteliers, revenue consultants, owners, and asset managers, the Revenue Management Outlook & Trends Survey 2023 is looking for input on:

  • The biggest challenges facing hoteliers in 2023
  • Trends in hotel technology investment and adoption
  • The growing importance of automated processes in revenue management
  • How hotels intend to optimize business mix in 2023

This is the second annual survey from Duetto. The 2020 results showed that 77.6% of respondents expected to increase their hotel tech investment in the next three years.

When asked to identify the most important trends in Revenue Management for 2022, technology came out on top, with 58.6% of respondents citing integrated systems as most important, followed by 54.8% naming automation as critical.

“Tech adoption in hotels has been increasingly accelerating as hotels seek greater efficiencies in both front and back of the house. It’s promising to see that more industry leaders are focusing on tech adoption, tech upgrades, and creating an integrated tech stack,” said David Woolenberg, CEO, Duetto.

The Duetto Revenue Management Outlook & Trends Survey 2023 will run until January 15, 2023. Results will be reported in early February.
