ETS Tours announces Executive Departure of the company’s long-time President Joseph Cavarra

Cavarra joined the EO Group family of brands in 2010, having enjoyed a distinguished travel industry career spanning more than 50 years where he held executive roles with such world-class brands as Alitalia and Costa Cruises. 

LAKELAND, FL – Travel industry veteran and President of ETS Tours, Joseph Cavarra, announced his retirement effective April 15, 2022. Cavarra has served as president for the EO Group's ETS Tours brand for the past 12 years while additionally overseeing development of the comprehensive cruise program for EO Group overall.

“Strong Leadership, focus, integrity, passion, collaboration, and charisma define Joe,” said EO Group CEO James Ridgeway. “It’s these traits that have helped built such great bond with our industry partners, clients, and internal team. While we are sad to see him go, we wish him the very best and are grateful that Joe leaves us with a solid team and a clear plan for navigating the bounce back of travel.”

Cavarra joined the EO Group family of brands in 2010, having enjoyed a distinguished travel industry career spanning more than 50 years where he held executive roles with such world-class brands as Alitalia and Costa Cruises. Throughout his career, he has been recognized by the industry receiving many awards and serving as speaker and expert panelist at countless conferences.
