Charter arrivals up 14%

Another record year for arrival<.>s by charter is in the making. For the month of July, charter arrivals were up 11.85% against the same month last year. Greece`s major airports welcomed 990,801 charter visitors in July compared with 885,859 the previous July, according to the National Statistics Services.

During the four-month period April-July of this year, charter arrivals reached 2.5 million against 2.2 million for the same period last year. That marks an increase of 14.38%….
