Heading a Cypriot delegation which visited the Russian capital was Commerce, Industry and Tourism Minister Nikos Rolandis, who took part in discussions on technology and Cypriot tourism.
During his stay, Rolandis spoke at a seminar on technology organised by his ministry together with the Russian technological education association. The aim of the seminar was to relay Cyprus` new industrial policy and for the Cypriot delegation to determine Russia`s research and development capabilities in the technology sector.
Additionally, Rolandis also met with leading Russian tour operators who organise packages for Cyprus.
