Great participation expected for the second e-Business Forum in Athens

The final programme of the 2nd International Scientific Conference of the e-Business Forum in "e-Business in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality" is now published and great participation is expected once the conference will start its works on the 14th of March 2008 in Athens, Greece. The Forum is co-organised by the Greek Network of Research and Technology, the University of the Aegean and the TEI of Thessaloniki. The conference is also endorsed by IFITT (International Federation of IT in Travel and Tourism).

The conference programme includes 18 presentations from distinguished tourism professionals from all over the globe (such as, the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Government of Dubai, and TISCOVER, Austria). Apart from the keynote speeches and the industry panels, the conference programme also includes 19 presentations of research studies from international academics, while the President of the Greek National Tourism Organisation Mr Athanasios Oikonomou will formally open the proceedings of the conference.

With more than 180 registrations so far, organizers expect this conference to be a mega event on e-tourism developments and trends not only nationally but also internationally.
