The chairman of Turkey`s tourism investors association, Tavit Kioletavitoglou, told the Turkish daily Milliyet it had been decided that organised tours of the east Mediterranean should include a week each in Greece and Turkey.
He said that his association had set up a four-member working group which will study the potential for Greek-Turkish cooperation in this field. It is set to meet in Bodrum (Alikarnassos) within the next few days.
Additionally, Kioletavitoglou said that the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, which is based in Thessaloniki, is ready to finance joint projects.
