Holiday Direct will be releasing Dolphin TravelScanner and Dolphin Travel Manager as an individual integrated solution for front, mid and back office operations throughout the UK. The Holiday Direct Travel Group is the UK specialist in working with and developing new and established independent travel agents, providing partnership systems and support to its members. The group has struck a deal with Dolphin Dynamics, providers of specialist software to the travel industry, which will see Dolphin`s technology deployed to streamline sales processes and deliver unprecedented automation to various aspects of Holiday Direct’s operations, through its members and travel agencies.
Using TravelScanner, Dolphin Dynamics’ next generation point of sale system, Holiday Direct will be able to provide their agents and home workers an easily accessible web-based selling platform allowing them to book a wide range of travel products from a number of preferred suppliers, including flights, accommodation, insurance and car hire.
Furthermore, TravelScanner’s integration with Travel Manager will facilitate centralised accounting and data management, allowing Holiday Direct to streamline their operation and provide better support to its members.
