Major international tourism organisation Eureka Group has launched a collaboration with Greek travel agency
The Eureka Group comprises travel agencies of five countries and has as its aim
the promotion of the eastern Mediterranean namely Greece, Turkey, Israel,
Jordan and Egypt beyond the region.
Along with Latin Sun Travel, the group includes Turkey`s Pera Travel, Egypt`s Creative Travel, Jordan`s Bawab Travel and Israel`s Polaris Aviation & Travel.
All five agencies will be involved in joint promotions and share a common commercial and tourism policy. They intend to offer complete holiday packages for the eastern Mediterranean and are targeting the US market in particular.
Latin Sun Travel, one of Greece`s biggest incoming tour operators, is headed by
Stavros Bouzanis and belongs to the Monogram group which also includes Monogram Exclusive Travel -whose focus is Cuba and the Caribbean- and Olympia Expertours, which specialises in Asia and the Pacfic region.
