Nouvelles Frontieres executive board restructured

Hanover / Paris – The former Manager Mergers & Acquisitions at Preussag<.> AG, Eric Debry (42) was appointed to the Nouvelles Frontieres<.> executive board on 1 October 2001. He is in charge of IT, legal affairs, holdings including hotels, regional branches, incoming services and hire car companies.



Dr. Ralf Corsten (59), Preussag executive director for Tourism I, also took over the position of executive board chairman at Nouvelles Frontieres in June, where he is responsible for all tour operator activities in addition to strategy, corporate management, internal auditing, senior management human resources, and environment.



Preussag formed a strategic alliance in autumn 2000 with the leading French package tour company, and currently has a holding of 13 per cent. The other members of the executive board are Pierre Chesneau (aviation), Jean-Paul Charlez (human resources and distribution) and Patrick Lebufnoir (finance and accounting). The former executive board member Michel Combes left the company on 1 October 2001 with the consent of the supervisory board.
