One-day cruises are proliferating in Greece. With several boats now offering the now `standard` one-day cruise of the Saronic Gulf island of Aegina, Poros, and Hydra, new itineraries are being pioneered.
One embarks from Killini in the Peloponnese and calls at the islands of Cephalonia (at Argostoli) and ZakynthosZakynthos to Ithaki and Cephalonia (at Sami), and the third, from Cephalonia to Zakynthos and Katakolo. These are all-day cruises, from 8:15 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. These are all operated by the ship John P.,which can accommodate 800 passengers. Among the now standard one-day sailing is one from the island of Crete to Santorini.
