The British police continued investigations on Tuesday (3rd July 2007) across UK regarding the recent terrorist incidents and destroyed suspicious packages for security reasons following the same procedures to the previous days according to Associated Press.

The Heathrow Airport Terminal 4, which was closed due to a suspicious package, opened again and operates normally.

A BAA’s representative, in charge of the area, stated that the departure hall area was evacuated and the passengers were passing through check again resulting in many flights delays. Metro was not stopping at the Terminal 4 station but it was serving passengers in the Terminals 1, 2 and 3 stations.

At the meantime, a controlled explosion occurred outside of Glasgow’s Mask where a suspicious vehicle was. The Authorities didn’t connect the Mask with the attacks in London and Glaskow.

Alert still remains at red level.
