Ryanair announced its latest passenger service innovation which allows passengers to amend their bookings even after they have checked in online. The service, which is available from Ryanair’s telephone reservation centres, will allow passengers to once again access ‘Manage My Booking’ where they can amend names or change their flight dates.
The new service will be particularly useful for frequent flyers and business passengers who may need to amend travel plans after they have already used Ryanair’s online check-in service. This service is available up to 5pm (CET) on the evening prior to scheduled departure, subject to call centre opening hours.
Ryanair’s Stephen McNamara said: “Ryanair is pleased to introduce a new passenger flight ‘uncheck’ service which allows passengers to access and amend their bookings after they have checked in online. This service, is particularly useful for those who wish to amend their flight itinerary and is available via Ryanair call centres up to 5pm on the evening prior to scheduled travel.”
