Greeks and visitors to the country are being invited to sail aboard the founder of modern Turkey<.>, Kemal Ataturk`s yacht, the Savarona.

Travel agency Tina<.> Travel is offering trips aboard the vessel through Turkish counterpart Vip Tourism.

Members of the Exclusive Savarona<.> Club are able to enjoy two weeks of sailing aboard the biggest boat – not owned by royalty – ever built. It measures 136m in length and travels at a top speed of 18 knots. The vessel was built in 1931 at a then astronomical cost of $4 million but has been fully renovated and offers princely comforts. It features antiques and has 17 suites. Each member can enjoy a week`s holiday in the Caribbean, Thailand or Malaysia and a week in the Mediterranean and the Aegean. The vessel will host a total of 308 selected members who can join for five years.
