European survey: Ischgl still best place for apres ski in 2016

For the fourth consecutive time, customers have chosen the "Ibiza of the Alps" as their favourite apres ski resort, according to latest customer survey, undertaken by SnowTrex, in which over 3,200 winter sports enthusiasts, from 10 nations took part.

COLOGNE, GERMANY – Ischgl has again been voted as the best place to enjoy apres ski in the Alps. This is the result from the latest customer survey, undertaken by SnowTrex, in which over 3,200 winter sports enthusiasts, from 10 nations took part. For the fourth consecutive time, customers have chosen the “Ibiza of the Alps” as their favourite apres ski resort.

64% of all Romanian ski holiday enthusiasts deliberately choose a destination with good apres ski facilities. A staggering 36.36% even say that a holiday without apres ski is hardly imaginable. In average, the Romanians spend a little more than three evening per week enjoying the local apres ski facilities.
