ENTER 2014, taking place in Dublin, Ireland, January 21-24, 2014, offers a great range of exciting sponsorship opportunities.
In 2014 the annual ENTER conference, which is organised by the International Federation for Information Technology and Travel and Tourism (IFITT), will celebrate its 21st birthday in Dublin, Ireland. The event that welcomes more than 300 delegates every year, offers a worldwide and unique forum for attendees from academia, industry, government and other organisations to actively exchange, share and challenge state-of-art research and industrial case studies on the application of information and communication technologies to travel and tourism.
As a non-profit organisation IFITT relies on sponsorships from companies and individuals in order to stage a fabulous conference. Therefore, IFITT created a number of great sponsorship opportunities for ENTER 2014.
The main sponsorship categories are gold and silver. The gold sponsor opportunity is open to one sponsor who can support the conference with EUR 25,000. In return the Gold sponsor will receive, among other benefits, a display space in a prime location, his logo on conference announcements and all advertisements, an advertisement on the back cover of the conference programme book and admissions to ENTER 2014 for 4 staff members and 2 additional invited guests. Silver sponsors, who sponsor EUR 12,000 will, among other benefits, be rewarded with a display space in a prime location, a full page advertisement in the conference programme book and admissions to the ENTER conference for 4 staff members.
Other sponsorship opportunities include, but are not limited to, sponsoring the conference dinner (guests and speaker), the delegate bag, the monthly conference website banner advertisement and the conference WiFi conference and mobile app. Moreover, IFITT would be thankful for grants from academic institutions and public-sector organisations to support delegates and speakers who would otherwise not be able to attend ENTER 2014. In addition, there will be a number of exhibition stand spaces available. Although exhibition stands cover space only, they will include a table, two chairs and electrical supplies. Stands are available for 2 staff members per stand space.
