Fully customisable system to manage bookings, banking and reputation launched for hospitality sector at TTE

There are five TEAMS modules which can be independently applied: Booking, Validation, Banking, Compliance and Marketing. Together they make up the TEAMS package.

LONDON UK – A new, fully customisable ‘plug and play’ system to automatically handle payments, personalised guest communication and reputation management has been launched by London-based software developer, AVQuest Ltd.

AVQuest’s TEAMS software, which is fully-automated to deliver additional speed and security, has been at the forefront of payment processing technology for many years. TEAMS is now available as a customisable package or as independent plug-in modules which can be used with a property’s existing systems.

Raj Randhawa, Chief Executive Officer of AVQuest, explains: “We believe TEAMS to be the fastest, most secure and most fully automated back-office system of its kind on the market. And as a package, it delivers excellent value-for-money. However, we also understand that, as human-beings, we are often resistant to change. So if a property wishes to retain their current systems, we are introducing our new modules that are so flexible that they can simply plug into an existing system without any interference – enabling the best of TEAMS to be available to the hotel.”
