NEW YORK – French Affaires, a specialty trip planning company promoting French travel and culture, has appointed Geoffrey Weill Associates to handle its public relations in North America.

Brainchild of native Texan and France travel expert Elizabeth New Seitz, a PhD and former university French professor, French Affaires offers highly curated trips to France that celebrate French culture, language and l'art de vivre.

"French Affaires, led expertly by Elizabeth New Seitz-who brings with her more than 30 years of experience–takes the guesswork out of planning a truly extraordinary adventure in France," says company president, Geoffrey Weill. "Travelers looking for an immersive French getaway that goes far beyond the average tourist's experience will be in good hands with Elizabeth."

The company's small group journeys, led by Elizabeth Seitz herself, offer travelers authentic and perfectly cadenced experiences throughout the country, including expert-guided wine tastings in Bordeaux, eating through Corsica, photographing in southwest France, and antique shopping in Provence. Participants will hobnob with chateau owners, tour renowned sites with historians, stay at charming 5-star boutique hotels, explore quaint villages, visit artists' studios, lunch at intimate local spots and dine at Michelin-starred restaurants. With her trips, Elizabeth Seitz makes France both a personal and meaningful destination for her guests. Upcoming trips with French Affaires in 2021 include traveling through Normandy in September, discovering the best of Southwest France and the Perigord in October, and a festive tour of Paris over the holidays. In 2022, Corsica, the Basque country, Provence, Brittany and more are on the agenda.

Beyond group tours, French Affaires also designs customized trips for any and all types of occasions, whether it be for a milestone celebration, family reunion, an extended stay in France, or a trip with the garden club. Elizabeth Seitz creates tailored and thoughtful itineraries to help guests realize their own dream trips.

To keep the spirit of France alive while at home, French Affaires also offers both virtual and in-person experiences, including French language courses, wine tastings, cooking classes, history lessons, guest speakers and even shopping tips.
