GlobalStar Travel Management announced a strategic partnership with dcs plus to empower GlobalStar Partners with complete travel technology, from a mid-back office system, to travel content aggregation and distribution software, corporate self-booking tool and B2C platform.

This partnership marks dcs plus as the official mobile app provider for GlobalStar Travel Management and the launch of TripStar, the travel itinerary mobile app built to support business travellers’ needs.

With TripStar, GlobalStar Partners will be offering a complete experience to business travellers, combining the best of corporate, as well as leisure experience. From trip management to flight status notifications and from best local recommendations to communication capabilities with the agency, TripStar solves the most stringent challenges a traveller can face pre-trip and during trip in a consolidated manner.

Cristian Dinca, CEO and founder of dcs plus said “In the past 16 years we have tackled the changes technology brought upon the travel industry and provided end-to-end software solutions to help businesses grow and boost productivity. Now with TripStar we extend in a natural way the technological know-how to taking care of the overall travel experience and improve the relationship between TMCs and the travellers.”

Steve Hartwell, President of GlobalStar added: “We are delighted to be partnering with dcs plus as we continue to invest in the technology development of our Star Suite of products with TripStar being our latest one.”
