Complete restyling and new Booking tool for trade partners in the international markets
RΟΜΕ – ITA Airways introduces important improvements and new services on the B2B site which is the portal dedicated to Travel Agents, available in Italian and English. Among the new features is the introduction of the B2B booking tool, namely the sales service on the English site dedicated to international markets. This move marks an important step forward in the growth of the
company's business.
Other new features include the complete restyling of the information section of the community in line with the Brand Identity, the optimisation of navigation (now focused on three calls to actions: "Discover", "Organise", "Book and Manage") and an increase in the functionality offered on both sites.
Ease of use and security in the online issuing and payment of tickets are ensured by the booking tool dedicated to trade partners in the international markets. Speed and convenience are main features of this tool that supports travel agents which is also ensuring maximum reliability thanks to the highest security standards adopted for economic transactions on the main credit/debit card circuits, with quotation in euros.
It is also easy to access special offers and campaigns dedicated to travel agents through the eCoupon feature.
Thanks to this initiative, ITA Airways continues its strategy of strengthening the relationship with travel agents in order to guarantee all the necessary support for their business.
Active since 26 October 2021, the ITA Airways Connect platform currently has more than 3,600 Italian website members and 3,900 international ones and is gradually evolving.
