Mumbai – Jalesh Cruises, India’s first premium cruise liner, has appointed Mr. Devesh Khanna as its Chief Commercial Officer. He will be responsible for spearheading the sales and marketing and the commercial aspects of Karnika, the flagship vessel of the cruise liner. His role will also focus on building a network across the country to promote the cruise liner in the Indian travel and trade community along with corporates.
Prior to joining Jalesh Cruises, Mr. Khanna was Director with MakeMyTrip.com where he was completely responsible for the offline distribution channel. He was also the Senior Vice President with Yatra.com and looked after the International Holidays division.

A graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering and Nutrition, PUSA, New Delhi and holding an advanced degree from Rice University, London, Mr. Khanna commands over 25 years of working experience in the hospitality industry in India and has enjoyed over a decade of leadership positions with the top brands in the country in the travel industry. Instrumental in the launch of various popular brands and portfolios in the country, he is a technology enthusiast and works on creating websites and multifarious apps.
