JFKIAT launches a suite of services to provide passengers at JFK T4 with a more seamless, convenient travel experience.
QUEENS, NEW YORK – JFKIAT, the operator of Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy International Airport, announced the launch of T4 Services, a suite of guest services for travelers at T4. These services, launching during the busy travel season, will provide customers with a cohesive package of valuable offerings to make their travel experience at T4 as smooth as possible.
The services include baggage storage, baggage porting, lost and found, information services, and a new meet and greet service, all of which travelers can access through T4’s website. The new meet and greet offering allows travelers to pre-book an escort to assist at Arrivals for elderly individuals, families with children, individuals with disabilities, and others. Launched in partnership with Smarte Carte, the services are staffed by employees throughout the terminal dressed in easily recognizable uniforms, and guests can find storefronts throughout the building to access these offerings as well. Together, these services will provide guests with a fast, convenient way to customize their travel experience and reach out for assistance, all at a single source.
“JFKIAT is continually looking for ways to offer the best possible travel experience at T4, and through our partnership with Smarte Carte, we can now provide a cohesive set of guest services,” said Roel Huinink, President & CEO of JFKIAT. “As we continue to see an increase in passenger traffic during the holiday season, we are pleased that we can offer a new level of convenience to our guests so they can customize their T4 experience.”
“Smarte Carte is excited to partner with JFKIAT to bring together an extraordinary package of guest services that improve the travel experience,” said Drew Niemeyer, CEO of Smarte Carte. “Through this customized portfolio of guest focused solutions, we continue to elevate the standard of service at T4.”
