The partnership will continue to provide KAYAK users with verified review information and new brief summaries, so that travelers can easily, and confidently, choose the right hotel for the best price.

By integrating TrustYou Meta-Reviews, KAYAK displays an overall score for hotels, based on all verified reviews across the globe, scores for sentiment categories such as location, food, room, Wi-Fi, vibe, pool, value for money and many more, as well as and helpful to know summary sentences and travel review snippets, such as “comfortable beds” or “close to sightseeing.”

“Travelers want to feel confident that they are booking the right hotel for their needs, and trusted reviews breed this confidence. Because we have analyzed millions of reviews we can exactly tell the user that this hotel has the best pool or is the ranked romantic hotel in the city.
