Kent Event Centre wins Build It Live South East for 2017

Kent Event Centre’s Maidstone Exhibition Hall.

Build it Live will also be maximising the space that Kent Event Centre offers by creating specialist areas throughout the Maidstone Exhibition Hall.

Kent Event Centre announces that it has won the contract to host Build It Live South East 2017, part of the Build It Live national series. 

Build It Live, the leading UK self-building and home renovation exhibition run by Build It Magazine, will take place on 4th- 5th of February 2017 in the award winning venue’s Maidstone Exhibition Hall. Open to everyone, the two-day event is expected to attract more than 6000 visitors who will be able to receive free independent one-to-one advice from Build It’s team of experts, attend inspiring free seminars and workshops and meet over 100 innovative suppliers.

Build it Live will also be maximising the space that Kent Event Centre offers by creating specialist areas throughout the Maidstone Exhibition Hall. These will include the ‘Naked House’ area where visitors can see a section of a new build come to life and the ‘Plotsearch Zone’ which offers tips on searching for plots and offers access to the UK’s premier live online database, Plotsearch.

Calum Taylor, Managing Director at Build It Live, comments: “We are looking forward to hosting Build It Live South East at Kent Event Centre in 2017. Across the two days, we will be offering over eight seminars, 16 free workshops plus various specialist features areas so space was key when looking for the perfect venue to host our exhibition. When we saw Kent Event Centre we found it to be fantastically versatile, offering us everything we need and more".
