In renewing its relationship with High Flying Food for the coming year, LEA is keeping pace with customer requirements, such as the growing demand for gluten-free catering and halal meats.
LONDON, ENGLAND – London Executive Aviation (LEA), one of Europe’s largest business jet charter operators, is preparing for 2014 with relish, by broadening its in-flight catering options, through aviation catering specialist High Flying Food.
In renewing its relationship with High Flying Food for the coming year, LEA is keeping pace with customer requirements, such as the growing demand for gluten-free catering and halal meats. High Flying Food is launching a new menu in 2014 which will include game dishes such as guinea fowl and squab pigeon as well as an extensive range of ravioli including wild boar or beetroot, plus new sushi marinades.
The new menu will be available on all LEA flights originating from the UK and will see High Flying Food continue to offer its high-quality, individually tailored catering services onboard LEA’s aircraft.
Patrick Margetson-Rushmore, chief executive, London Executive Aviation says: “We have been impressed with the exceptionally high quality and service from High Flying Food over the last year. We demand these attributes from all our suppliers, to ensure we provide the very best service to our customers, both on the ground and in the air.”
Craig Sharp, founder and Managing Director, High Flying Food says: “Our 2014 menus will offer far more choice to LEA’s customers alongside the variety of tray set ups we have introduced specifically for LEA during our first year’s association. Both LEA and High Flying Food believe in exceptionally high standards and we are delighted to be continuing our relationship with them.”
