Liknoss acquires the Business Unit Ticketing UTS TicketLink of Profile

The acquisition strengthens its presence in Greece and the Mediterranean.

ATHENS – Liknoss announced the acquisition of the UTS TicketLink business unit of Profile. The transferred business activity concerns the UTS TicketLink ferry ticket reservation system and the customs management software. The agreement includes the transfer of customer contracts, employees, software and equipment that serve the specific activities.
