Laura Heidt grew her regional business at Travelex significantly over the course of more than a decade.
BIRMINGHAM, AL – Medjet, the industry leader in air medical transport and crisis response memberships for travelers, announced the appointment of travel industry veteran Laura Heidt to spearhead select travel agency sales for the company, including its Virtuoso consortia agency relationships.
Prior to joining Medjet, Heidt was based in Atlanta, where she managed all regional sales for Travelex Insurance Services in the Southeastern U.S. Working with her own extensive portfolio of Virtuoso clients, Heidt grew her regional business at Travelex significantly over the course of more than a decade.

Heidt received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma and her Master's in Business Administration degree from Western State University in Gunnison, Colorado. She and her husband, Gary, will soon relocate to Birmingham for Heidt's new position at Medjet's corporate headquarters.
