Galileo Emirates and TRS Consulting has signed a strategic agreement which makes TRS the preferred external training provider to travel professionals across the UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar.
The training to be provided by TRS will enable the Galileo travel community to refresh and enhance their expertise in such areas as: customer service, selling skills, key account management, customer prospecting and strategic management in travel and tourism.
Naz Nizari, Senior Vice President of Galileo Emirates said: We constantly seek new ways to meet changing market demands, and add value to our customers. Joining hands with TRS Consulting will enable us to provide our corporate customers with valuable information on market trends and assist them in planning their business travel more efficiently. It would also empower our travel agency partners to enhance their performance.
Sundar Vasudevan, Principal Consultant at TRS Consulting said: Most travel agencies view training as a cost rather than an investment on their people. Our aim is to improve the professional competencies of travel agency staff as well as equip them to sell travel products more effectively in order to increase in revenue opportunities.
