Hertz Kuwait stays ahead of the driving curve

Hertz Kuwait has responded to the growing number of people travelling to the Gulf country by expanding its fleet of rental vehicles.

The latest models offer business travellers and Kuwaiti residents a wider choice of sedans and SUVs such as the popular Hyundai Elantra and Hyundai Veracruz.

Cristiana Stefan, Rent-A-Car Manager of Hertz Kuwait, said, “We have a diverse customer base which continues to expand as visitors to the region increase in number. As such, we have widened our fleet of rental vehicles so that we can meet the demand and the needs of our customers.”

Travel to Kuwait has grown consistently in recent years; in 2009, more than US $400 million was spent in the state by visitors, most of whom travel to the country for business purposes. Experts point to improved infrastructure, an increase in luxurious resorts and a healthy economy for the rise in visitors.

All Hertz vehicles are fully insured and undergo a 40-point quality check-up prior to handover. Customers can also rely on the Hertz 24-hour back up service breakdown cover which includes replacement vehicle, full maintenance and repair and around the clock roadside assistance.
