It has been found as a consequence of research carried out regarding the touristic hotels located in Turkey that the amount of food consumed within a period of one year at 1200 touristic facilities has exceeded 1 million ton, while the amount of beverage has exceeded 600 thousand ton. Also, it has been determined that 58 thousand ton red meat and nearly 40 thousand ton white meat has been consumed within a period of one year at such facilities.

The “Barista Show” in relation to the coffee culture, preparation and presentation techniques, to which the baristas of the famous hotels and cafes will be invited, will be performed during the fair.
