BARCELONA – Rentals United and Busy Rooms announced The Trip Circus Conference that will take place in Barcelona June 4-5, 2020. As the first global event ever to connect hoteliers and short-term rental professionals, The Trip Circus will give visionaries from both industries a platform for discussing the future of the accommodation industry as a whole.
This inaugural conference aims to create a new discussion platform between these two traditionally competing industries covering topics such as the exchange of services, regulations and distribution. At The Trip Circus, renowned speakers, industry professionals and associations will controversially discuss and argue topics that are important to both sectors. Exhibitors from around the world will showcase their products and services under a large circus tent, providing the audience with insights into the industry’s latest offerings.
The circus theme will carry through the entire conference. Attendees will find themselves in the midst of surprise spectacles, all-day gourmet food trucks and events, providing the perfect environment for extensive networking and detailed sharing of knowledge and experiences.
Vanessa de Souza Lage, CMO and Co-Founder of Rentals United, says, ‘With The Trip Circus we will stir up controversy between hoteliers and short-term rental players which will, in turn, spark new ideas and create innovative forms of collaboration. I’m really looking forward to seeing all the players engage and discover new ways of doing business. If you’re looking to be at the forefront of this convergence, get involved with The Trip Circus now."
Sascha Hausmann, CEO and Co-Founder of Busy Rooms, says, “After countless conferences in the last 20 years, we wanted to provide a new format that involves all participants of the accommodation industry. Alongside the education and entertainment parts, we’re putting an extra focus on the networking – these are decision-makers who likely never met before. We therefore want to foster conversations and allow them to easily meet and explore future opportunities.”
