SITE Foundation releases new C-suite research

Uncovering what’s “now” and “next” for boardroom views on incentive travel.

BOCA RATON – SITE Foundation is set to publish new research at SITE Classic this week on current executive views of incentive travel, with the launch of its Leadership inSITEs report.

Leadership inSITEs is SITE Foundation’s latest research endeavor that features timely insights voiced directly by global c-suite professionals on five key impacts incentive travel has on their businesses.

Selina Sinclair, Vice President of Research & Content for SITE Foundation, says this report is one of the most impactful research projects she has been part of during her tenure with SITE Foundation.

“What is most fascinating to me is seeing the level of maturity and benefits incentive travel users from across the world are experiencing,” says Sinclair. “The ways companies are using incentive travel are continually evolving and are driving leaders to achieve amazing results.”

Sinclair will be joined onstage Tuesday by a panel of incentive industry leaders. Together, the group will elaborate on the Leadership inSITEs findings and explore how the 300 business professionals present at this year’s SITE Classic event can apply this research to their own work.

Also joining the panel is Marci Armstrong, PhD, Brierley Endowed Professor at the SMU Cox School of Business. SITE Foundation partnered with a team of MBA candidates managed by Prof. Armstrong to conduct the Leadership inSITEs research.

“The conversations we’re having here focused on day-to-day workplace realities make the outcomes of this research that much more relevant, as we understand exactly what the challenges are, along with the rewards and positive outcomes of this work,” says Armstrong.

“It’s also an excellent opportunity for the MBA students I work with – who are not just passionate travelers, but are also emerging leaders themselves – to take part in a global, hands-on project that will directly impact their future teams.”

Following SITE Classic, Leadership inSITEs will be front and center at IMEX America next month. SITE Foundation leadership will present findings on the IMEX show floor, and will also join Destination Canada, one of the project sponsors, for a deep-dive into the report as part of a special on-stand presentation.
