Sky View Observatory at Columbia Center elevates event experiences

Floor 73 offers 360 degree stunning view venue.

SEATTLE – No membership needed, Columbia Center opens its Sky View Observatory (SVO) for public events with award-winning, full-service catering. Known for unparalleled views, the SVO is teaming up with Ravishing Radish Catering to offer a one-of-a-kind event experience. Whether it’s a wedding, a cocktail party, or corporate event, SVO and Ravishing Radish will meet every event need.

The SVO, located on floor 73 of the Columbia Center, is an unmatched event space in the Seattle area with 360 degree views of the region. At a height of over 900 feet, it’s the tallest public viewing area west of the Mississippi. The panoramic view includes Mt. Rainier, Mt. Baker, the Cascades, Elliott Bay, the Olympics, Seattle and the Space Needle. The space boasts a sleek decor that allows the view to be the focus and can be tailored to suit a client’s needs. It includes state-of-the-art technology with a built-in sound system, 3 flat-screen TV’s and can accommodate a band or DJ.

Chosen as “Seattle Bride Best Caterer for 2013,” Ravishing Radish stands out as an excellent choice to be the SVO’s exclusive caterer. Lynda Collie, the General Manager of Columbia Center says, “Ravishing Radish Catering services are on par with the exceptional experience you get with an event at the SVO. Their expertise in full-service catering will offer a seamless experience for our guests.” Ravishing Radish owner and founder, Lisbet Mielke, is thrilled about her company’s partnership with the SVO. “We are a local company and are delighted to be partnering with this extraordinary Seattle landmark.”
