Stellar Partners, Inc. completes purchase of Avila Retail

Leading airport retailer propels business growth across US.

TAMPA, FL – Stellar Partners, Inc. (Stellar) announces that it has finalized the acquisition of Avila Retail Development & Management, LLC (Avila), increasing its airport retail footprint in the western region of the United States. Stellar is a leading travel venue retailer with a diverse portfolio that is now made up of more than 60 stores located in 14 airports. Through the acquisition, Stellar gained 25 stores in Albuquerque, Denver, San Francisco, and Phoenix. The combined entity sets the standard in the travel retail industry to accelerate business transformation and boost the development, operation and marketing of specialty, news and convenience stores.
