The Phocuswright Conference announces program and updated speaker roster

The program sessions focus on travel’s newest tech innovations, the future of the lodging industry, finance and investment, insights on consumer behavior, short-term rentals – as well as sharing bold predictions about the future of travel.

PHOENIX, ARIZONA – Phocuswright, leading travel industry research authority, released the Program and updated Speaker roster for The Phocuswright Conference 2022, taking place in Phoenix, Arizona this November 14-17, focusing the sessions on the theme of the conference: Travelers. Titans. Trailblazers.

The program sessions focus on travel’s newest tech innovations, the future of the lodging industry, finance and investment, insights on consumer behavior, short-term rentals – as well as sharing bold predictions about the future of travel.

In addition, The Phocuswright Conference program offers professional development opportunities through its Diversity in Leadership program and #IAmRemarkable workshop for executives who want to shape more diverse and equitable teams, the Young Leaders Summit for the next generation of executives and luminaries, the Startup Program for connecting like-minded innovators, investors and mentors and many more highly-targeted networking opportunities.

The theme – Travelers. Titans. Trailblazers – encapsulates the ever-evolving travel industry, as the battle for an undaunted and demanding audience is fiercer than ever. The program and speakers will address how Travelers have unprecedented control over when, where and how they go, how Titans wield enormous influence and deep pockets, and how Trailblazers leverage new tech to empower travelers with the content, tools and enhanced service levels they now demand.

“At a time when the industry confronts extraordinary challenges, The Phocuswright Conference promises to deliver valuable face-to-face networking opportunities for meaningful connections, opportunities for professional development and plenty of insights and inspiration”, said Phocuswright’s managing director, Pete Comeau. “We've built a program that maximizes value and focuses on deep networking and relevant content for travel executives charting the future of their businesses and the industry.”

“Nothing gives you more of an advantage than being in the room at the longest-running and most prestigious travel industry event,” said Phocuswright’s senior vice president, marketing, Walter Buschta. “That’s why our research analysts have taken their knowledge of markets and consumer behavior to build a program around the insights that matter most to travel executives, innovators and investors.”
