TΟΚΥΟ, JAPAN – The World PCO Alliance has confirmed an agreement with Morressier, the platform transforming how science is shared at conferences around the world.
Based in Europe and the United States, Morressier offers comprehensive solutions that help academic organizations increase their impact before, during, and long after their conference.
“Morressier is very excited to embark on an industry partnership for the World PCO Alliance and its entire membership,” says Co-founder and CEO Sami Benchekroun. “With this partnership we can ensure that we’re listening to emerging needs from the PCO community. Technology has already transformed the events industry, and we’re building the platforms for the next stage of that evolution.”
Comprised of peer review workflows, conference hubs and research libraries, Morressier’s platform is used by more than 200 world-leading scientific organizations. In November 2021, Morressier released an enhanced version of their platform to improve attendee experience with a range of networking and engagement options, making it easier to find and build community.
The partnership between Morressier and the World PCO Alliance was facilitated by Alliance Past President Noel Mitchell of Keynote PCO. “Scientific conferences rely on the quality of their programs, and it is more critical than ever to have platforms that optimize the idea-sharing that allows these conferences and their researchers to flourish,” says Mitchell. “The World PCO Alliance is committed to providing our partners and their events with nothing but the best in such technology, and we are so proud to stand alongside Morressier.”
Founded in 2009, the World PCO Alliance provides leadership in meeting management through the delivery of streamlined and effective meetings around the globe. The Alliance’s mandate includes the collective exchange of education, technology, and other information for the mutual benefit of the industry and ensuring the effective global promotion of its clients’ events. The organization is comprised of 20 chosen, quality PCOs in the meetings industry with a global reach that delivers thousands of meetings and events annually around the world.
