Thomas Cook hotel concept selects Busy Rooms CRS

The deal sees an initial 68 hotels integrate into the Busy Rooms central reservation and revenue management technology.

PIETA, MALTA – Last week Busy Rooms CRS finalized a deal with Thomas Cook's hotel brand SENTIDO Hotels & Resorts after participating in an official RFP process alongside traditional CRS providers. The deal sees an initial 68 hotels integrate into the Busy Rooms central reservation and revenue management technology.

Andrew Ransley, Vice President EMEA for Busy Rooms said: “We are pleased to welcome the hotel division of one of the leading European leisure travel brands to Busy Rooms. Given Thomas Cook’s history of innovation, Busy Rooms has the right technology to provide customized developments and meet future requirements of Thomas Cook Hotels & Resorts.

Busy Rooms CRS will provide the group with its all-in-one central reservations system including the dynamic packaging booking engine, channel management, revenue management, call centre application, as well as group and hotel level reporting. The solution will be customized to help Thomas Cook Hotels & Resorts to implement a multi-level distribution and sales strategy."
