Ryanair already added 16 new destinations to its Berlin flight plan back in September 2016.

Ready for the start of the winter season, the Irish airline Ryanair launches three new destinations in the sun available from Berlin-Schonefeld. The airline will now fly to Seville in Spain, the Princess of Cities, three times a week. Flights leave on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. In addition, Ryanair also connects the German capital with Gran Canaria and Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. There are also three flights a week to Gran Canaria, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The Lanzarote route is served twice a week from Berlin-Schonefeld, every Wednesday and Sunday. Ryanair already added 16 new destinations to its Berlin flight plan back in September 2016. At the same time, the airline also increased the number of aircraft stationed at Schonefeld by four, thereby bringing the total up to nine. This winter the Irish low cost airline will fly to 45 destinations from Berlin-Schonefeld.

Tim Howe Schroeder, Head of Corporate Sales & Senior Marketing Manager with Ryanair: said: "Ryanair is looking forward to commencing flights from Berlin to Seville and Gran Canaria, which are offered three times a week, as well as to Lanzarote, which are now available twice a week. In total, Ryanair now offers nine new destinations since 19th September as well as a total of 45 destinations from Berlin in winter 2016/17. This will allow even more customers to benefit from improvements under the “AlwaysGettingBetter“ programme. This includes the new interior design on board, new uniforms for the cabin crew and a new, personalised website. Of course, a second item of hand luggage may be taken on board, free of charge, just like before. To celebrate the new route from Berlin, Ryanair is offering flights to Seville from just 24.99 euros for a limited time only. Flights to Rzeszow can even be booked for as little as 5 euros. The tickets can be booked before Tuesday, 8th November 2016 and are valid for journeys throughout November. As these cheap flights are very likely to sell out in a very short time, customers should book their flights quickly via ryanair.com."

Dr Karsten Muhlenfeld, Chief Executive Officer of Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH said: "Ryanair is adding three very different sunny destinations to our winter flight plan. We are especially delighted to now have Seville as a destination. This is the first time that direct flights to this fascinating city in the southwest of Spain have been available from Berlin and it’s definitely worth a visit, both in winter and in spring. We wish Ryanair continued good skies and look forward to more exciting destinations available from Berlin in the future."
