The technology company from Mallorca launches a new and powerful booking engine for the creation and sale of Private Tours that can be offered as full dynamic packages, completely fixed or any combination of both that the tour operator wishes to offer. Is an evolution of Travel Compositor’s “Routing” patent which was launched last month and allows travel agents and end users to design any road trip itinerary.
After the great reception of “Routing” and having detected the Private Tours’ upward demand trend in decrease of regular tours, the Travel Compositor team immediately started working on an engine that would allow online and immediate sales of dynamic private tours for groups of 2 to 15 passengers, although, the Tour Operator can also offer any combination of fixed and dynamic services, depending on its preferences.
According to Manuel Aragones, Travel Compositor's CEO: “The objective was an engine that would help our clients to position themselves in this market and would allow them to offer a lot of product without any risk, a perfect equation and something that we are now proud to offer them”.

It is also possible to add flights, trains and ferries before and after the trip in groups of up to 9 passengers. The operator can also offer more closed itineraries tours with their own specific contracting product for groups, which they have previously loaded on the platform and combine it or not with the suppliers whose product will be available by integration.
The outcome is another unique booking engine in the market that allows the offer of any combination of fixed and/or dynamic services to the costumer ?s taste, usual feature of the Travel C motor which no other private tour and package engine allows.
The Private Tours engine also includes a landing page that shows all the created tours where you can browse through all kinds of offers previously created, filter by destinations, countries, themes, etc. as well as sort by different criteria.
By opening the offers in a digital brochure format, they can be modified and customized by travel agents and users as much as the operator wished to allow. The digital brochures also allow to share, save and buy travel ideas at any time. To carry out this project, Travel Compositor has worked together with dozens of suppliers to allow the connection of all types of services with the engine and get them to support requests for up to 15 passengers staying in up to 6 rooms. It has also developed a specific panel for the loading of rental vehicle contracts with guide drivers included and several algorithms that allow to measure the empty kilometres and offer the group to start and finish where the customer desires thanks to the product loading by zones that, in cases of similar size countries as Spain or Italy, having two or three sited vehicles is enough in the whole territory.
The plan is to place this engine in around 60 customers in the first quarter of its distribution, mainly DMCs and operators, who already sell nowadays with thei technology and that are already present in approximately 25 worldwide markets.
