Trondent Development Corp., a provider of web-based software applications and data management services to the global travel industry, launched ProFILER Express, the next generation of its browser-based profile management technology.
Since 1994, Trondent has helped major travel management companies and Fortune 500 corporations automate all processes associated with building, maintaining and synchronizing traveler profiles. In response to industry demand, combined with feedback it has received from existing and prospective customers, Trondent has launched what they call "a new era in automated traveler profile management." ProFILER Express, a browser-based profile configuration system with a very intuitive user interface, gives agencies the ability to build their own customized profile management URLs and maintain their own profile forms.

"Our customers asked us for more profile management control in the form of agile self-service tools and we delivered. Because time and cost of implementation have often been barriers of entry, we have designed and priced ProFILER Express in such a way that travel enterprises of any size can quickly and cost-effectively implement and maintain their own web-based profile management system without the need for programming knowledge. We also give our customers the ability to customize an unlimited number of agency and account level URLs under which various profile templates reside", continued Wood.
To facilitate timely implementations, ProFILER Express comes pre-populated with a standard traveler profile template that is based on a typical set of contact fields and travel preferences. These include all mandatory fields specified by The Department of Homeland Security in compliance with the TSA’s Secure Flight Program. The standard template, as well as an unlimited number of client-built templates, can be easily modified with a few simple mouse clicks. ProFILER Express also enables users to customize color themes, insert logos, reset passwords, create, modify and delete profiles, add languages and create reports using a query builder.
Trondent’s ProFILER technologies continue to evolve in sync with global industry and customer demand. ProFILER Express offers real-time profile synchronization to every major GDS and online booking tool.
