A survey conducted by the German magazine 'Stern' revealed that 67% of the around 2,000 German men and women asked fear terrorist attacks also in Germany.
Among the European countries, Switzerland is considered the safest travel country by the 90% of the asked people, closely followed by Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland with 89% each. Also the Netherlands (87%) and Belgium (82%) rank high, tailgated by Italy (77%), Portugal (74%), France (73%) and Spain (72%).
Only 12% consider the USA sage to travel and 13% Egypt. Furthermore, 52% said they are afraid of an economic crisis, and 36% described themselves as 'totally shaken'.
