The Compensation and Benefits Survey provides a unique and in-depth view of the hospitality industry. The survey data helps to reveal demographics, average salary, trends, financial impact of certification and possibly even a glimpse of the future. The survey will be broken up into several categories:
- Survey Respondent Profiles – See who was represented in the survey from data that reveals information on job titles, length of employment and industry segments.
- Job Responsibilities – Find out, by job title, the average number of hours worked per week, how many have professional designations, years of experience and more.
- Compensation – Determine trends in compensation by comparing this year’s survey results to previous years. Plus, find information on bonus determination, benefits paid, medical plan expenses and much more.
- Employer Profile – Gather information on the companies where the survey respondents are employed, such as whether they are full or limited service companies, the number of club members, the number of employees and other useful facts.
- Staff Salaries – Evaluate staff salaries and bonuses based on position.
The October/November issue of The Bottomline containing the 2002 Compensation and Benefits Survey results, will be distributed to HFTP members and also at HFTP’s 2002 Annual Convention & Tradeshow being held October 23 – 26 at the Renaissance Austin Hotel in Austin, Texas.
