Minut partners with CW Property Holdings to implement smart noise monitoring across its U.S. short-term rental portfolio, enhancing operational efficiency and community relations.
MALMO – Minut, the provider of smart property monitoring solutions, has announced a new strategic partnership with CW Property Holdings to tackle key operational challenges across its entire US short-term rental portfolio.
CW Property Holdings’s greatest challenge was noise complaints, which were straining relations across the communities in which its 87 properties are located.
However, since the firm installed Minut’s smart noise monitoring system, CW has been able to resolve complaints much more quickly, using real-time insights to intervene before issues escalate.
The solution has also allowed CW to streamline its maintenance operations by remotely ensuring Minut’s sensors are always maintained and charged, which cuts back on the cost of manual inspections.
CW Property Holdings initially tested Minut alongside another provider by splitting its portfolio between the two solutions. Following a comprehensive evaluation, they chose to deploy Minut across their entire portfolio.
In addition to reliable performance, CW was particularly impressed by Minut’s responsive customer service, which played a key role in its decision to move forward with Minut.
Since adopting Minut, CW Property Holdings has already seen significant benefits. Noise complaints are now handled more efficiently, contributing to higher guest satisfaction and better neighborly relations.
Minut has also freed up time and headspace for CW’s employees, allowing them to focus on more strategic and growth-focused workstreams.
Marianne Martinez, Customer Success Manager at Minut, commented: “Noise monitoring is an essential part of maintaining community relations, and it is vital to the longevity of any property portfolio. Our goal is to empower property managers with smart technology that provides actionable insights to help their businesses grow. It’s fantastic to see that CW is already benefiting from our noise monitoring solution and poised to build its portfolio into the coming months.”
Mitch Moorwood, President of CW Property Holdings, added: “From day one, Minut has made a big difference in how we manage our properties. The platform has streamlined our handling of noise complaints, and the support we’ve received has been outstanding, with quick answers no matter how small the question. We are confident we made the right decision choosing Minut as a long-term partner to help us take our property management to the next level.”
