Navan integrates with Breeze Airways to offer expanded corporate fare access and nonstop U.S. flights, enhancing business travel with new distribution capability connections.

PALO ALTO – Navan, the all-in-one travel and expense solution, announced a new integration with Breeze Airways, the premium leisure low-cost carrier offering affordable nonstop service across the U.S., via a New Distribution Capability (NDC) direct connection. With the addition of Breeze, Navan is expanding access to more flexible corporate fares and nonstop flights on routes that would typically require a connection.

Customers can now access Breeze’s more than 200 year-round and seasonal nonstop routes, connecting 66 cities across 30 states, giving organizations of all sizes and travel budgets even more travel options. Those flying with Breeze Airways can continue earning BreezePoints, the airline’s loyalty currency, on all purchases. Additionally, customers will gain access to BreezeCorp, an exclusive bundle designed for corporate travelers offering refundability, carry-on baggage allowance, and a standard seat assignment.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Navan, one of our first corporate travel partners, as we collaborate to bring more affordable and efficient flight options to business travelers and especially road warriors,” says Lukas Johnson, Chief Commercial Officer at Breeze. “Together, Navan and Breeze are taking the passenger experience to the next level, all the way from the initial booking process to their time in the air to everything after and in between.”

Breeze Airways, which launched operations in May 2021, has quickly become one of the fastest-growing new airlines in the US, with plans to continue rapid domestic expansion. The airline offers an “elevated onboard experience” aboard new, comfortable Airbus A220 aircraft, high-speed Wi-Fi, premium seating options, and flexible policies – all at customer-friendly price points. Breeze’s focus on prioritizing a positive passenger experience earned the airline the highest Net Promoter Score in the industry.

The announcement adds to Navan’s growing roster of NDC integrations, with NDC content now enabled across 17 major airlines globally. As a result, more than one in four flights booked on Navan are now via NDC. The news also follows the release of Navan’s comprehensive NDC Savings Index, which analyzed NDC bookings from 12 airlines and millions of flight options to understand the current state of NDC. It found that the impact of NDC is best realized when combined with tech-forward platforms that enable the sale of products, such as bundles and ancillary offerings, that aren’t possible through legacy channels.

Navan has recently made several enhancements to improve the traveler experience, including new booking functionalities, such as cross-provider shopping, which simplifies flight management. Other enhancements include expanded European rail capabilities and additional, more granular custom field controls or admins to further simplify the checkout experience.

“We’re thrilled to be one of the pioneering TMCs bringing Breeze Airways’ NDC flight content from underserved cities to the corporate travel world,” says Navan Travel CEO Rich Liu. “Breeze has been one of our most-requested airlines, and both companies share a similar mission: to make life easier for travelers. By offering more nonstop options between cities and a comfortable in-flight experience, all within a single, tech-forward platform, we’re doing just that.”
