Synergy Global Housing completes successful migration to CodeOne

Unparalleled data security, API connectivity and instant inventory access highlight the newly tevamped tech-stack.

SAN RAMON, CA – Synergy Global Housing (Synergy), a leader in serviced accommodation program management, announced the successful global migration to the reservation management (RMS) and property management system (PMS) CodeOne, the flagship cloud-based corporate housing software from corporate housing technology leader, Coded. The transition marks a significant milestone as it will underpin how guests, clients and partners interact with the company and pave the way for real-time booking of furnished apartments globally and other critical advancements in the corporate housing industry.

“The move to CodeOne is one of the most significant achievements in our company’s history,” said Debra Christopher, President. “CodeOne will add speed, scale and security to almost every aspect of our service and product delivery. Add in real-time bookable apartments from both Synergy and its global supply chain partners, and CodeOne becomes the foundational tech stack clients need to serve today’s modern business travel programs.”

From quoting properties to managing reservations to billing clients, Synergy’s new RMS and PMS will handle every operational and service-oriented task associated with running the day-to-day business. The new software tracks and reports on each traveler touch point noted within the guest journey, which will drive greater efficiency, improve guest service and provide better insight into trends and behaviors.

The move to CodeOne will also deliver unprecedented data protection through server-level encryption and the full suite of privacy tools from Microsoft Azure, one of the world’s leading cloud-computing platforms.

“CodeOne will be the core, central component of Synergy’s technology solution moving forward,” said Lance Bradwell, Head of Information Technology. “We are very optimistic about CodeOne’s capability to instantly connect regional and global serviced accommodation supply with client demand while increasing auditing and reporting capabilities. From these enhancements, we plan to leverage available efficiencies of scale to better serve our clients and partners.”

Key CodeOne benefits:

  • Real-time booking capability
  • Rapid data transfer with API integrations
  • Increased data security through Microsoft Azure and encryption
  • Robust data transparency
  • Quicker and more efficient auditing capabilities
  • Enhanced reporting capability
  • Interoperability
  • A scalable solution for regional corporate housing companies

“We’re very excited to see how CodeOne revolutionizes the way we serve our stakeholders,” said Christopher
