TripAdmit, the booking software technology company that connects activity providers with travellers and distribution partners, announced its latest added service for Tap To Tip, the cashless and contactless tipping solution for activity providers, guides and guests.
Tap to Tip enables guests to make contactless payments via Near-field Communications (NFC) technology through their iPhone or Android devices by just tapping a card. By implementing ChatGPT functionality, Tap To Tip now provides an automated guest review option after tipping. Guests can generate a personalized review quickly and seamlessly utilizing a combination of user input and generative AI automation. Generating fully editable keyword rich reviews that can be indexed by search engines, reviews can also improve the operators’ Google and TripAdvisor ranking.
This latest service is the first of its kind in the industry, providing a convenient way for guests to leave reviews. The service enables guides and tour operators to consistently deliver the best possible service by collating and evaluating customer feedback.
